The study aims to develop a proof of concept for PalanqueIA,
an intelligent system that uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
and Large Language Models (LLMs) to facilitate the creation and interaction with
government plans. The system seeks to provide an interactive environment for
candidates, voters, and policymakers, allowing specific topic queries. To
implement and validate the system, three objectives were defined: to build a
vector database of government plans, to create an information retrieval mechanism,
and to develop a chatbot.
